About me
I have been a Registered Nurse and worked within the NHS since 2007. My experience has shown me that prevention is preferable to cure. I successfully completed the HNC Fitness Health & Exercise at Moray College in 2020, then the HNC Soft Tissue Therapy through Moray College in 2024 and I'm currently extending those studies with the HND Sports Therapy with UHI Inverness.
Why Dragonfly?
Dragonflies are associated with wisdom & resilience and they have the ability to adapt & change through their lives. I think we can all take something from this sentiment - the foundation of which is to be comfortable within our own self.
